To ensure a smooth experience for all our customers, we operate an appointment-based collection system. At your scheduled time, your order will be ready on a pallet with no queueing or delays.
Placing & Collecting Your Order

Collection Hours
- Monday to Friday: 10am till 4pm
- Saturday: 9am till 11.30pm
- Closed Sundays & Public Holidays
Arriving Without an Appointment?
Please call 01506 847999 when you arrive. We’ll do our best to prepare your order for immediate collection, subject to stock availability and staff capacity.
On Arrival
Your order should be ready on a pallet in our car park. Please phone us before loading.
- We can assist with loading giant builders bags onto commercial vehicles or trailers using a telehandler.
- We’re unable to assist with manual loading of other items.
- For everyone’s convenience, please arrive at your allocated time.
