Double Giant Bag Hardwood Logs
Before ordering your hardwoods here please consider the following:- Although we do have stocks, the supply of hardwood logs is becoming unsustainable in Scotland.
They come mainly from tree surgery activities in private gardens where re-planting cannot be guaranteed.
Also please refer to our important note about hardwoods at this time of year.
Supplies of softwood logs on the other hand are sustainable and come from FSC managed forests and burn just as well as hardwoods.
Have you seen our Pine and Larch Logs - they work out cheaper overall than hardwoods and are more sustainable. Don't just take our word for it, try some today, you will be pleasantly surprised!
Price includes palletising and delivery by Palletways to anywhere on the UK Mainland and only applies to deliveries more than 25 miles from the estate.

Product Details
Very large capacity, recyclable double giant builder's bag (approx 500 kilos) of seasoned, mixed hardwood logs (contains no more than 10% softwoods).
Air dried naturally down to between 15% and 20% moisture aand cut to between 8" and 10" in length.
If you normally mix logs with coal why not try our briquette logs to replace the coal.
Note:- This is a large bag about 6' tall and weighs nearly half a ton. It is important that you understand our carrier uses 20-30 ton vehicles and is contracted to deliver it to the kerbside, however most drivers will do their best to get the pallet as close as possible to your property as long as the ground is even and not on a slope.
It may well be in certain circumstances you may have to topple the bag and transport the logs yourself by barrow or other means into your garage or shed etc.
To get that fire going easily don't forget to buy some of our recycled wood kindling and Waxling firelighters made from natural materials.
Note: How you store these logs after we deliver them is very important. They must be removed from the bags as soon as possible (preferably the same day) and stored in dry, airy place such as an open fronted shed, a car port or better still, a proper log shed (see our section on log stores). Although our hardwood logs are seasoned and dried down to below 20% moisture content they could still sweat and mould spores develop if stored in a garage, cellar or cupboard with little or no air movement.
