PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE ESTATE WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT.

We are delivering and arranging safe collections and vewing products but under the following strict procedures to protect customers, family and staff. The benefit for collections is the product will be ready on a pallet for you with no waiting time, no queuing and safe with only one customer at each appointment time. For vewing, again no queuing or waiting and a member of our staff dedicated solely to you at the allotted time. Please call us on 01506 847999 and we will be happy to arrange an appointment for you.

Our NEW opening hours are 9am till 5pm Monday to Friday and 10am till 3pm on Saturday. Please note we are now closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Orders for delivery - Please place your order on our website and we will advise you of availability and estimated delivery day. Phone us if your require advice or having difficulty ordering on-line.

When your delivery arrives we will place your order as near to your property as possible taking into account the safety of our driver.

Where possible please ensure access is clear. If you are at home we would ask you to remain indoors or keep a safe distance away from our vehicle and our driver who will happily unload your order unassisted.

Orders for safe collection - We are operating an appointment system to keep both our customers and our staff safe. Please phone us on 01506 847999 and we will be happy to arrange an appointment for you.

Please place your order on our website and we will contact you and confirm a mutually agreed collection appointment. Phone us if your require advice or having difficulty ordering on-line.

Collection hours are Monday to Saturday 10am till 4pm. We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

When you arrive in our car park your order should be ready for you on a pallet but please phone us before loading your order.

I'm sorry but we will be unable to assist you with loading except for giant builders bags which we will load onto commercial vehicles or trailers using a telehandler.

In the interests of your safety and our other customers please arrive at the allocated time. This is important so as to keep a time gap between customers.

Viewing of Sumerhouses and sheds etc. You are very welcome to come and see our Garden Building display but under the following strict procedures to protect both our customers and our staff.

First of all please call us on 01506 847999 to arrange an appointment. Our telephones are manned from 9am till 1pm and 2pm till 5pm Monday to Friday and 11am till 3pm on Saturday. Please note we are now closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Available vewing hours are Monday to Friday 10am till 4pm and Saturday 10am till 3pm.

When you arrive in our car park please remain in your vehicle, phone us and we will escort you to our display site observing the 2 metre rule at all times.

Please do not arrive here unannounced. No customers will be allowed into Champfleurie House.

We are sure you will understand these sensible measures will help us conform to the government's demands and allow us to continue providing a reasonable service safely.
