8-Sided Tundra Barbecue House - 10.25 square metres
The New 2008 Tundra Barbecue House allows all year round entertainment without the drawback of trying to arrange a day around our British Summer.
The Tundra is constructed from 45mm x 145mm double tongued and grooved Nordic Pine Timber, with insulated opening windows. The roofing consists of pine panelling with roof shingle.
Features include pine bench seating, 10.25 square metre wooden floor using interlocking log construction, a decorated door complete with locks, fittings and fixings are included.

The Scottish climate and barbecues tend to be a hit or miss affair. How many times have you arranged a barbecue with friends or relatives only to find the enthusiasm for the occasion dampened (just as you are about to start cooking!) by a disappearing sun, drizzle, rain or a cold east wind.
With one of these fabulous, beautifully finished, high quality BBQ houses you will no longer be disappointed. In fact it is very cosy during a spell of bad weather and you can extend your summer right through winter. All buildings come with pre-fabricated roof and floor panels with load bearing joists and pre-fitted roof shingles, factory glazed windows, peripheral seating, storage shelves, timber curtain poles, double doors, opening window, all ironmongery and in the case of the barbecue houses, granite topped concrete barbecue housing, swing grill with stainless steel support, large deep ash pan, internal canopy and chimney with pulley system.
All you need to provide is a level hard base. No planning permission required. These buildings are classed as 'Portable Buildings' and such are not normally subject to planning permission (except within the curtlilage of a listed building or within a conservation area). If in doubt check with your local planning department.

 | Plan for 6-Sided BBQ House
A level hard core topped with a concrete base or paving slabs is all that is required. All the weight is distributed onto the upright posts and under the BBQ table in the centre of the building. Total area 6 square metres. For the base we suggest first removing any top soil and then laying 4" (100mm) of hard core (rolled preferably) then placing 25 of 600mm x 50mm paving slabs onto a sharp sand mix in a square formation (5 slabs x 5 slabs). This will provide a 3 metre x 3 metre base which will be more than adequate for the 6-sided BBQ House. However you may wish to make the base larger than this to provide an amenity area around the house.

However you may wish to make the base larger than this to provide an amenity area around the house.
